Job description / Role
* Bachelors Degree Construction Management, Engineering or other Building related discipline.
* Membership of professional body preferred
* 12+ years of relevant industry working experience.
* Director or Senior Managerial Experience within a Fit Out or Construction Contracting Company
* Ideally 5+ years UAE experience
* Proven success in delivering large scale construction and interior fit out projects on time and within budget
* Experience in managing sub contractors and overseeing department within similar organization
