Job description / Role
- Set standards and performance measures.
- Regularly conduct performance appraisals for department.
- Monitor progress of all projects in his division through project status meetings, project tracking reports, measurement and analysis meetings, ad-hoc meetings with project teams etc.
- Develop division's plans and operational budget to be approved by the Executive Director according to the delegation matrix
- Prepare quarterly reports on the department's result outlining achievements versus plans, challenges faced and suggestions for improvements
- Keep abreast of the latest industry technology solutions, technology best practices and evolution of technologies/standards.
-Responsible in pricing of all company's components.
Requirements
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technical or software Engineering
- Master's degree in Business Admin is a plus
Professional Experience:
- 10 years relevant experience
- 5 years in a managerial position
- Excellent industry knowledge
- Public Sector knowledge
