The RoleThe RoleNewly established Property Management Company with a considerable secured portfolio business is looking to add a Director of Properties to their team. This position will involve the full property management spectrum, from handover to leasing and everything in between. Reporting directly to the CEO, you shall be responsible for the whole of the property management business including full P&L, budgeting, recruitment and all other business functions relating to the department. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate for this role will be degree educated with a proven track record in property management in the GCC with previous experience of operating at this level. A strong knowledge of leasing would be advantageous. |
