Job description / Role
Emaar Hospitality Group Corporate Office is looking for Director of Recruitment.
The Director will be responsible for creating and implementing recruitment strategies to strengthen and manage the recruitment team to deliver consistent and high quality results.
The ideal candidate has seven to ten years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of two years in a leadership and supervisory role. Experience recruiting for professional services firms preferred.
In addition, they should demonstrate:
•Proven track record of success in creating successful recruiting strategies and consistently meeting hiring targets
•Subject matter expertise in recruiting strategies and processes, particularly with respect to campus recruiting
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
•Creative thinking and problem solving skills
•Professional maturity and gravitas needed to gain credibility, handle conflict resolution, and hold a leadership role within the Firm
•Strong understanding of a professional services culture and organization
•Ability to translate core business needs/requirements into hiring requirements and recruiting strategy
•Maturity to maintain poise under pressure, advise senior executives and manage competing priorities
•Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

•Achieves success by working with team to create market opportunities and build client relationships resulting in revenue growth and client penetration.
•Creates an effective recruiting and consultant development strategy that contributes to the success of overall market goals, plans and strategies.
•Demonstrates a constant drive to network with new people and develop additional relationships to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for the practice.
