Hill International is seeking to employ a Director of Recruitment (based in Athens Greece) to lead the Recruitment Department of International Projects

Project Location: Athens, Greece

General Description of Role & Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of the International Recruitment Team related to multiple Active Roles as well as Proposals Roles. He / She will be fully responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations.

Responsibilities:
Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps).
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.
Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
Manages and develops the team of Recruiters Internationally.
Manages and develops the team of Recruiters of Proposals Internationally.
Manages and develops the Executive Recruiter.
Manages the Reporting Process.
Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related disciple.
A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related disciple will be considered an asset.
10 Years of Professional Experience.
Professional experience in an international environment preferably with a specialization in Engineering Recruitment, EU, World Bank, USAID, EBRD Projects Recruitment or Consultancy Environment or other related disciplines.
Strong Project Management Skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Computer literacy MS Office, databases (.ie.: Taleo)
Exceptional managerial skills with ability to manage large groups and high volume of work.
Able to develop good working relationships with internal clients.
Excellent written and spoken English.
