C. AED 45,000 - 65,000 per month

C. £90,000 - £130,000 per annum


Our client is a rapidly expanding financial services entity with multi country presence. They are currently looking to appoint a Director of Recruitment to join their growing operations across the Middle East.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and defining the recruitment department's processes, systems, KPI's and methodologies. You will lead a team that will deliver an enhanced customer service and align the recruitment strategy to the business needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be an inspiring leader who strives for continuous improvement. Strong market awareness is a key requirement for this position and therefore the successful candidate should come from financial services or a similar background.

Candidates may also come from a Generalist HR background, although previous experience of delivering improved recruitment strategies is essential.

While Arabic for this role is certainly a preference, it is not a prerequisite.
