Employment: Full Time

A global real estate and property company is currently experiencing rapid growth in it’s emerging markets.
They are urgently recruiting for a Director of Research for their residential real estate business to be based out of Moscow, Russia.
You will be joining and managing a team of Real Estate professionals and looking at the whole Russian market. The research you gain will be published for internal and client consumption.

The responsibilities of the Director of Research – Real Estate will include:
• Managing a team of Real Estate professionals in Moscow
• Obtaining market information on the residential sector to be analysed and published for client consumption
• Author periodic thematic research reports on hard assets with other research consultants and associates
• Actively monitor market information and trends in Russia
• Participate and lead in market presentations

Requirements

The successful Director of Research - Real Estate will have the following background:
• Russian national with either domestic or international experience
• Degree qualified
• Experience of the Real Estate Market is preferred but not essential
• Experience of working for multinational companies and have a global macro perspective
