As a result of continuous growth and development we have a unique opportunity for a Director of Sales, MICE to join our Sales Department.
You will be primarily responsible to manage existing accounts and develop new business for the resort from the international MICE markets.
Requirements
Based in Dubai this role is responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new accounts from the international MICE markets, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining share of MICE markets from assigned account base. Taking an entrepreneurial approach to representing Atlantis The Palm at international trade shows.
You need to have ten years account management experience working with the international MICE market. You must have excellent communications and negotiation skills. You will be flexible as you may need to undertake multiple sales trips to major market areas.
This is a position that requires a dynamic person to join a culture of 80 plus nationalities, thus you will want to be a part of a team that strives for perfection being a director you will have natural leadership qualities. You will need to reinforce the company vision and mission and ensures employees are aware of their contribution and be able to coach and mentor colleagues at all times and to creates a strong team spirit.
