The RoleThe RoleA highly skilled sales and marketing director to lead and motivate the sales and marketing team. The right candidate must be able to develop and create systems and procedures, work in a fast-paced environment; posses very strong sales, marketing and management skills relating to real estate or other high end luxury product. |
RequirementsRequirementsMain Responsibilities: 1. Leading and managing all sales & marketing activities in a manner to optimize the company profitability & sales. 2. Planning and improving the department’s efficiency. 3. Support the team to achieve outstanding customer service, communication and satisfaction. 4. Establish challenging goals & results for the sales & marketing team. 5. Actively support employee growth and development. 6. Uphold the company policies and procedure. 7. Manage Public Relations, advertising and event management. 8. Manage effective Strategic Relationships across the business. 9. Achieve sales targets. 10. Manage the existing client base. 11. Investigate creative ways to incentivize the sales team. Person specification: • 10 years of experience in luxury product; ideally exclusive villa developments. • Good communication skills & ability to manage a diverse team. • Strong and decisive leadership skills are essential. • Ideally degree in marketing or business administration. |
