Director of Sales

Job description / Role

Due to continued growth of our large client, they are now hiring for a proven Director of Sales to join their fast growing organization. They offer an exceptional product and excellent package and exceptional career development opportunities.

Key Role Responsibilities:
In this director level role you will be managing a team of 8-10 sales professionals and managing them to ensure successful sales campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Motivate the team
- Coach and support the team on sales and achieving targets set
- Performance appraisals
- Monitoring and increasing productivity
- Developing the team through their career path

Package offered will be ranging from AED 18,000 - 30,000 per month total package (inclusive of basic, housing), family benefits - insurance & tickets for self and family and annual bonus.

Requirements

- Must have minimum of 2 years managerial experience within Real Estate
- Experience in turning leads into new business
- Proven team management / leadership in a sales environment
- Experience of coaching and training
- Ability to motivate, train and mentor the team
- Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
- You must have a proven track record of mentoring and expanding a team of sale professionals. A hands on approach is a must as well as a team player. You must also have experience within KPIs and report / documentation completion within a managerial level.
