Director of Sales (Immediate Start)

Salary: up-to 32,000 AED

Established in 2002, they have delivered almost 11,000 units to date and has a development portfolio of over 26,000 units at various stages of progress and planning as of Jun 2014.

A global leader in branded real estate, developing over US$1 billion hotel and luxury serviced residences in the Burj area of Dubai, which will comprise the first Paramount Hotel & Serviced Residences in the region. This includes mansions, villas, luxurious apartments and a retail centre all over Middle East country.

Due to their expanding portfolio of clients they are now seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join their team, who will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
The ideal candidate must be good in managing a team of sales professionals and must be directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives. Also should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance. Another benefit would be ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets.

The Director of Real Estate will work with the VP of Business Development with oversight of the Companys long-term real estate portfolio and implementation plans. This person will be primarily responsible for supervising the market plans and market optimization, with a prioritization on the site selection process. This person will also assist in all aspects of site acquisitions in certain, specified markets. The Director will report to the VP of Development and will oversee the day to day operations of the real estate team.
Were looking for candidate with a proven track record in real estate site selection and site approval for a high-volume, multi-unit environment and a strong working knowledge of commercial and residential construction.

Responsibilities:
* Team Management of 9-12 Employees.
* Strategic sales planning to achieve target.
* Motivate Lead the sales team to achieve stretch targets.
* Complete all final negotiation with clients to secure business.
* Manage key relationships in the business.
* Strategic planning to open new markets.
* Monthly Sales Management Reporting.

Requirements

Requirements:
* Management or Business Graduate.
* 8 plus years in sales.
* Drive & passion to roll up the sleeves and get the job done.
* Preference would be given to candidates who have managed a team being at a senior sales position for the last 5-7 years handling Property Sales, Life Insurance Sales, Auto Sales or Time Share sales - B2C Sales.
* Extensive Sales knowledge in Real Estate / Automotive / Time Share / FMCG / Insurance, , Banking, Hospitality, Conference and Event and luxuries product industry.
