Job description / Role
A multinational company is looking to hire a Director/Consultant for their Dubai Operation. Candidate should have a minimum of five year experience in handling the similar role in the wealth management function.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Research Of clients in the middle east region in order to offer wealth management service.
- Build relationship with banks, local expertise, lawyers to introduce the service.
- Assist clients that need consulting services about trust,asset protection, and wealth transfer over generations planning.
- Assist clients to make investment in UAE or apply for residency in UAE.
- Marketing strategy and supporting documents will be prepared by the candidate on the base of guidelines agreed with the group and in accordance to the group identity.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer portfolios and financial needs, and identify opportunities to fulfill customer needs through use of Wealth Management tools
- Effectively balance the need to grow the portfolio whilst maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence

- University graduate
- Strong financial services knowledge and experience building relationships with high net worth individuals
- Experience developing a marketing strategy and a proven track record in achieving.
- Familiarity with financial markets, good knowledge of wealth management products
- Experience developing customized Wealth solutions for clients
- Strong selling and presentation skills regarding Wealth & Investment solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship building
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Accuracy – ability to get it right the first time
