Job description / Role
Based in Dubai, reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Middle East, the Distribution Accounts Manager (DAM) has the full responsibility for the distributers or distributions channels for the Middle East region.
As a cross functional role your key objective is to capture maximum of the growth potential in the market including setting targets and continuously evaluating performance linked to those targets as well as evaluating potential and present distributors continuously in order to market sure that the organisation has secured the best partners in the market.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
• At least 4/5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience from sales in the IT industry, preferable in the distribution or reseller market and experience from indirect channels
• Must have a proven track record to reach set sales targets, working through and together with other people
• Previous experience and ability to create/implement valuable sales & marketing activities and to analyse the and prioritize customers
• Good communicator with both internal and external, must be fluent in English
• Good organisational skills, reliable, structured and team player are essential skills required.
