The RoleThe Role Understand and Comply with companys Policies, Procedures and Instructions Distribution of products and relevant transport of the same where and when required. Review the Distribution orders received after approval from the Sales planning Manager. Sort out the products according to the branches Create new PO at beginning of every month with reference to the request of each Branch Create relevant deliveries and inform the relevant stores personnel Arrange relevant transportation to specific destination Monitor if the created deliveries have been posted for the shipment sent. In case the deliveries not been posted in time, even after been shipped, should inform the relevant stores personnel to post it. Monitor the demand of every relevant branch has been full filled, with reference to the created deliveries. In case if the delivery has been modified (Normally reducing the materials with capacity parameters by stores personnel), should create a new delivery for the remaining items. Should append the PO with following request within the month, with following requests, and update unsent items from the previous requests. Not to duplicate again. The goods shipped to relevant branches should be monitored till the other end receives with reference to the shipped documents. Any material not received by other end or not entered to the system still lying in transit, should be demanded for reason whey still in transit? Whether shipped correctly or not. In case if the discrepancy is from the loading end should inform the relevant personnel to check and update when & where required. Keep track of all transfers till reaches specific ends and entered completely. Maintain the records of Export shipments Created Deliveries and issue to stores supervisor for loading to the relevant branches. |
RequirementsRequirements Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years in a relevant field Computer literate (Highly required) Excellent communication skills Good command of English is required |
