Al-Futtaim Motors are the sole distributors for Toyota, Lexus and Hino brands in the UAE. Besides Toyota and Lexus, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Distribution Executive to join Al Futtaim Motor's Sales, Planning & Distribution team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for distribution support to all DC's as well as operation of the Forward Order System. The Disctribution Support Executive will be reporting to the Distribution Manager.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

* Distribution Helpdesk: Receive formal inquiries from the various Distribution Channels and provide them with feedback regarding status and availability of their units.
* FO Administration: Updates and maintains the FO excel files on a regular basis. Implements changes to improve efficiency and ease of use. Keeps a record of all changes to the files, as well as allocation and tagging information. Use information derived from COSMOS to determine arrival and availability information.
* FO - Allocation and Tagging: Allocate and tag VINs according to prescribed order of priority. Advise the relevant DC management accordingly.
* Reporting: Provide daily / weekly / monthly reports regarding FO activities including allocations and pending reservations.
* Distribution: Manage and support the Distribution Supply Chain, from vehicle arrival to final delivery, in a pro-active manner.
* Kaizen: Utilise Kaizen principles to identify improvements to make the FO process more efficient, user friendly and easy to operate. In addition focus on the Distribution Supply Chain with a view to improve communication and information flow.

Customer (Guest) : Initiative / Organized / Attention to detail / Time Management
Administration and Management: Advanced MS Excel user. Knowledge of SAP
Sales and Marketing: Appreciation for product
Financial and Accounting: Basic knowledge
English Language: Effective communication skills
Time Management: Essential to manage the Distribution Helpdesk as well as updating the FO on a regular basis.
Management of Personnel Resources: Must be able to establish rapport with DC management.
Monitoring: Must be able to manage the FO list to capture all relevant information.
Active Learning: Use kaizen principles to improve efficiency and ease of implementation
Stress Tolerance: Must be able to handle extreme fluctuation of loads, as well as managing critical requirements and bookings.
