District Branch Manager

Job description / Role

Leap 29 are currently working with a leading bank in Saudi Arabia. Who are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to run the Eastern Province, and adopt the role of District Branch Manager, who will be able to develop and grow the Managers of the Branches under his supervision.

You will report in to the Regional Head and will be responsible for promoting profitable growth with all the managers under your control, and proactively meeting the needs of the customers by offering super cost effective service. You will also be expected to manage the sales and services provided by all the branches within your district.

Requirements

- A Degree in a related subject
- 6+ years of experience in the banking industry
- At least 4 years as a Branch Manager
- Experience with process review and improvement
- Proven experience leading a large multi-cultural team
