The RoleThe RoleResponsible for the delivery and management of Atkins' District Cooling services on projects within the Gulf Region. This will include the direction of project design, budget, programming and resource management. The candidate will assume overall design and project management responsibilities on several District Cooling projects and be responsible for directing teams of engineers for the design, project delivery and successful handover to the client. This position will require regular travel throughout the Gulf Region. Development of business opportunities will require involvement in generating, delivery and presenting proposals to clients. RequirementsRequirementsTechnical Competencies Background in either Consultancy, Contracting or Operations. Design and specification of District Cooling plant and reticulation systems Specific process knowledge of industrial HVAC Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer Minimum of 5 years District Cooling/industrial HVAC experience Commercially aware and familiar with Contract documentation and its implementation Capable of meeting and dealing with Senior Management Computer literate |
