Job description / Role
My client is a large Supermarket chain who strives to always provide the best quality and most diverse selection of household goods available in the UAE.
Follow-up of the Implementation of the CRF Quality Manual in the stores.
Follow-Implementation of the HACCP system in the certified stores.
Coordinate and manage with the HO the external audits.
Prepare in the monthly basis the HACCP the summary of the customer complaints s and municipality visits.
Follow-up with the stores the corrective action plans for the External and internal audits.
Follow-up of the trainings
Conduct an audit by section in a daily basis.
Communicate to the HO any Major deviation.
Centralize the action plan of the external audit to send to the HO.
Send to the HO the summary of the store situation in monthly basis.
Coordinate with the Quality HO team the rec all of the products.
Submit the monthly analysis stores reports.
Develop a good relation with municipality team
Minimize the fines and observations.
Follow-up of the hygiene trainings.
You shall be targeted on-
The average result of the external audits.
Submit on time the monthly summary of customer complaints and municipality visits.
Fines and observation situation
Percentage of trained staff.
The respect of the deadline of the report, and tasks.
The trend of improvement in time consumption for the main tasks.
The number of added values in the reporting shape, data analysis, and research methods.
Requirements
Experience 3 years in food company.
Bachelor degree in food Science, or Science Microbiology, or Agriculture - Food Technology.
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
Language skills (English: writing/speaking)
Good communication skills.
Time management.
