Diving Projects Manager

Job description / Role

My Middle Eastern client, a global provider of Engineering and Support services to the Onshore & Offshore Oil & Gas and Marine Industries, is currently looking to employ a Project Manager for their Diving Department in Singapore.

Duties:
- Coordinate the activities of the Diving Department in accordance with the Integrated Management System, Company Health & Safety Policy, Department Standard Operating Procedures.
- Prepare Performance Reports
- Optimise Productivity
- Implement Industry Best Practice
- Set Quality Standards
- Coordinate Training
- Investigate and Close out all Non Conformances
- Coordinate design & engineering activities with Group Diving Organisations
- Review and Approve all Risk Assessments
- Manage non-diving related Projects as assigned by the Directors
- Management Representative on the Health & Safety Committee

Requirements

- Engineering Degree or relevant IMCA certifications, with over 7 years direct experience in subsea engineering or similar.
- Be familiar with Dive-Support operations and projects for Oil & Gas
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be a capable Team Leader and go-to person for junior Project members.
- Highly motivated and organized individual.
- Capable of interacting with different cultures with good communication skills.
- Microsoft Office experience for reports and administration duties
