Division Head - MEP

Client Profile:

Our client is a major Saudi Arabian Building Contractor who employs a significant number of western and Arab on their projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Established for over 40 years they have constructed many high profile projects in the Kingdom in the commercial, residential, military and medical sectors. They have a number of mega projects currently ongoing.

They are currently constructing a multibillion dollar medical facility and require and wish to appoint a MEP Division head to set up and rejuvenate the MEP section of this project and also work toward managing the MEP activities of the entire company both from an operational and P&L perspective.

Requirements

They require a senior qualified professional with 20 years experience in construction and specifically MEP.

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential but experience as a MEP lead on a major project is a must.

Experience on design/build projects would also be advantageous.
