Employment: Full Time

Parsons Brinckerhoff is currently looking to recruit a Document Control Manager to work on a major infrastructure project in Doha. The role will involve managing a number of Document Controllers on the project and will be reporting to the Project Controls Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of document controllers
- Implementation and maintenance of the document control system
- Developing and maintaining document control and reporting standards and procedures
- Establish and maintain the program document numbering
- Control drawings, specification, design records, standards, procedures, correspondence, minutes of meetings and supplier documents, etc.
- Document registration, control issue, copying, distribution and transmittal

Requirements

- BSc in related subject or equivalent experience
- 16 years post graduate experience in document control management
- Be able to lead a team of Document Controllers
- Expert user of internet based document control systems, e.g. Aconex
- Experienced IT Professional
- Middle East Experience
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Sharepoint experience is preferred
