The RoleThe RoleParsons Brinckerhoff are currently looking to recruit a Document Control Manager to work on a major infrastructure project in Doha. The role will involve managing a number of Document Controllers on the project and it will be reporting into the Project Controls Manager. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of document controllers Implementation and maintenance of the document control system Developing and maintaining document control and reporting standards and procedures Establish and maintain the program document numbering Control drawings, specification, design records, standards, procedures, correspondence, minutes of meetings and supplier documents, etc. Document registration, control issue, copying, distribution and transmittal |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience and Qualifications: BSc in related subject or equivalent experience 7 years post graduate experience in document control management Be able to lead a team of Document Controllers Expert user of internet based document control systems, e.g. Aconex Experienced IT Professional Middle East Experience Fluent English both written and spoken Sharepoint experience is preferred |
