Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Leads a team of Document Controllers to establish Company Procedures in the area of Document

Management and ensure all ORYX GTL Documentation is controlled in accordance with the procedures.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Apply these automated business processes throughout the extended organization covering internal project members, contractors, regulatory authorities and other third parties in a consistent way that is fully auditable, helping to ensure compliance.
- Understand the status of documents at every stage of a business process.
- Store, access and manage documents in a secure and predictable way.
- Establish a strategy for Documents handover from EPC Contractors.
- Determine the business requirements for information to be handed over.
- Define all standards, processes, procedures, systems, hardware, resources required to maintain the ORYX documentations and drawings.
- Supervise the operation of Document Control.
- Quality checking and preparing comments in the event of any discrepancies have been noted and submit to EDMS Administrator or Document Control Supervisor.
- Follows Documentation activities to comply with Company standards and procedures.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in related subject.
- Not less than 6 years of Experience.
- 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas.
- Expert knowledge of Document Management life-cycle.
