Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Parsons Brinckerhoff is assisting Qatar Rail’s planned works to integrate a 4-line 100-station metro, high-speed passenger rail, freight, a people mover and light rail, which once delivered will provide a fast, convenient, world-class, fully integrated railway system for the State of Qatar.

Due to this we are currently looking to recruit a Document Controller to join our PMO team in Doha.

Responsibilities:

Implementation and maintenance of the document control system
Developing and maintaining document control and reporting standards and procedures
Establish and maintain the program document numbering
Control drawings, specification, design records, standards, procedures, correspondence, minutes of meetings and supplier documents, etc.
Document registration, control issue, copying, distribution and transmittal

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications:

BSc in related subject or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of work experience
Expert user of Aconex -Mandatory
Experienced IT Professional
Fluent English both written and spoken
SharePoint experience would be an advantage
Candidate should be based in Doha
