Document Controller

Job description / Role

- Compiles, maintains and control records of documents, drawings and other related documents
- Verify completeness and accuracy of data
- Confers with document originators
- Resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents
- Post changes to computerized or manual control records
- Releases documents and notifies affected Departments
- May prepare requests for reproduction of documents
- May prepare reports and memorandums
- Operate reproduction equipment such, photocopier, scanner and others

Requirements

- Diploma Engineering/BS Degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- Proficient in MS office application
- Expert in Excel & Word
- Must have good English communication skills both written & oral
- Able to work independently under pressure

Arab Engineering Bureau was first established in 1966, as the first Engineering office in Qatar and its activities were primarily architectural design and supervision.
