Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Maintaining and tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easily
- Scanning in all relevant new documents
- Checking and dispatch documents are accurate
- Presentation and filing documents and drawings
- Responsible for maintaining hard copy information

Requirements

- Managing and maintaining documents control system
- Assigning department with queries on documentation
- Maintain document register, material register and drawing register etc..
- Responsible for receiving, circulating and recording all incoming and outgoing mails and hand deliveries.
