Document Controller

Job description / Role

Exciting opportunity on a long term major programme of building works. Projects to include stadiums, town centre redevelopment, hospitals, education and mixed use developments. The role will be to work as Document Controller on a very prestigious long term project.

- Maintain and manage all documents for project ensuring they are easily accessible and stored according to company requirements.
- Coordinate all activities related to Document Control procedures in relation to storage of technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence.
- Input information into required registers ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Generate required document control reports.
- Ensure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
- Maintain files and control logs as required by the company.

Requirements

- KSA National
- Has BS degree in Computer Science/Commerce/Office Automation degree.
- At least 2 years in administration role
- A team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multi-tasker and have natural time management skills.
- You must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
