Job description / Role
Currie & Brown has a range of opportunities across its Middle East Offices and is currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to work in Madinah.
Responsible for:
•Logging and filing correspondence, updating drawing and document status records, generating reports.
•Ensuring correct filing and distribution of incoming and outgoing design information.
•Maintaining master filling system (hardcopy and electronic copy) for all documentation.
•Copying and distributing plans and procedures as directed.
•Providing team support and assistance with tasks when requested.
Requirements
•Degree educated
•5 years of experience
•Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
•Computer literate – MS Office – Word, Excel, power point and Cad.
•Knowledge of Auto CAD, Aconex & MS Project would be beneficial.
•Excellent organisational and time management skills.
