Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for processing and administering of HR personnel and services including leaves, personnel affairs, and HR transactions in alignment with HR strategy and objectives. The Document Management Administrator is also responsible to maintain filing documents of the HR department.
Update the system as necessary and notify employees when processing employee information changes.
Assist in processing employee attendance including annual leave and sick leave to ensure timely processing and compliance with related policies.
Assist in processing employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update employee records.
Assist in processing all medical activities, to ensure the proper maintenance of all insurance records, medical bills and treatment records.
Assist in processing loans and advances including school fees and marriage by reviewing request and sending notification to payroll for deduction on approval.
Assist in processing request for school fees and visa charges reimbursements after obtaining proper approval.
Assist in processing requests for allowances including mobile and additional transport after obtaining proper approval.
Receive and maintain HR filing papers as per pertaining policies.
Classify files according to guidelines such as by serial order, alphabetical order, or frequency of use.
Retrieve files or papers based on requests issued by concerned department or Audit.
Keep record of documents filed or removed.
Ensure retrieved files and papers are returned to their place.
Ensure the maintenance of files in a safe place.
Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix

Requirements

College Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management

Two years of relevant work experience in HR Services

KPAs -
Accurate employee records
Accurate timekeeping records
Accurate insurance records
Number of employee complaints resolved

Skills
Attention to Detail
Computer literacy: MS windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets)
Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred
