Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Assist the management in receiving, sending, classifying, recording, registering, storing, and accessing internal and external correspondence and data.
• Assist the senior document controller and reporting by performing all documents, transactions, process, classification, registration, archiving and distribution.
• Maintain proper electronic database as well as traditional archive systems for easy storage and access I to all internal and external correspondence and data.
• Provide data entry and word processing services as and when required.
• Assist superiors in producing various reports, tables and presentation material.
• Receive and respond to correspondence and other communications in Arabic and/or English.
• Scan letters and documents, and file electronically in the Computer Reference Number sequence.
• Copy and distribute required documents

Requirements

Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor degree holder
2- 5 to 7 years of expereince in same role
