Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the leading beverage FMCG manufacturer in the region with many new project across the entire MENA region. They are looking for a Downstream Packaging Manager to oversee the final packaging stages in the packaging lines.

Reporting directly into the Regional Technical Director which is also based in Dubai. your main responsibilities would be as follows:
- Consultant in all matters of downstream and secondary packaging such as shrink films, glue, trays, straws and closures
- Support in execution of customer projects
- Resolve down line issues at the customer's site
- Take responsibility for line efficiency and continuously try to improve the lines
- Ensure the lines re performing up to the agreed quality standards

Requirements

The successful candidate must hold an Engineering university degree with a a minimum of 5 years experience in beverage manufacturing. You must have a strong understanding of the downstream packaging phase of the beverages. Preference will go to German speakers with multinational experience.
This role has regional responsibility hence you will be required to travel across the Middle East and Africa regions.
