Draftsman (MEP)

Job description / Role

1. Establishing liaison with architects and engineers in order to understand the nature of the project.
2. Should have the ability to create manual and computer based drawings.
3. Should know autocad application and other computer programs.
4. Should have the skills to create two or three dimensional drawings.
5. Should be able to create drawings according to the requirements of the client.
6. Should be innovative and able to comprehend the message of the developers for which the sketch is being prepared.
7. Have the ability of proper use of logic and reason for the projects to be prepared.
8. Should understand the instruction of the employers and suggest changes or alteration that is to be included in a project along with the architect and engineers.
9. Should have at least more than 2 years work experience in any GCC countries with the same position.
10. Should have a degree holder or equivalent diploma course as a draftsman.

Requirements

1. Should have more than 2 years experience in any GCC countries with the same position.
2. Should be a degree holder or equivalent diploma as a draftsman.
3. Should have UAE valid residence visa.
4. Working knowledge of codes, construction sequencing, scheduling, safety regulations and engineering drawing knowledge.
5. Must be able to evaluate information and analyze problems logically to develop solutions.
6. Capable of planning and coordinating the activities of others with excellent communication and interpersonal skill essential
7. Working knowledge and proficiency in computers essential program and software
