DRILLER Lang Rig Drilling Operations

MUST be a IWCF course certificate holder

My client is looking to hire a TEAM of drillers for a 35/35 rotation on a Land Rig.

Top Drive System experience is highly desirable

Requirements

You will be responsible to the Tool Pusher for the day to day operation on the installation and for the health and safety of their crew and any others working under their authority.
Supervise all operations taking place on the drill floor and in areas under their control, ensuring that such operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with authorised Operation Procedures and Group Safety Policy.
Maintain daily drilling records including accurate and effective handovers.
Observe and monitor well conditions through drilling parameters. In the event of down hole problems, take appropriate action.
Provide advice and guidance to personnel under their authority on all operational matters as required and to supervise specific employees until sufficiently experienced.

Safety

Ensure that the Group Safety Policy is fully implemented and adhered to by all persons under their authority.
Ensure that planned safety inspections and audits on the installation are carried out in accordance with Group Safety Policy by themselves and those under their authority.
Take immediate action to contain, eliminate or guard against actual and potential hazards to safety health, plant and equipment which come to their attention in the course of their work.
