The Role


The Role


Monitor oil and gas well construction process by the contractor at the Operator's sites;
Make operating decisions within his/her competence on optimization of well construction operations;
Inform superior management on issues with contractors. Monitor actions of contractor and subcontractors engaged to well site;
Monitor execution of design solutions by the Customer's engineers in order to minimize well construction costs;
Report by end of each shift as per established forms. Reports are analyzed and prepared in time, correctly and adequately;
Analyze information considering specifics of drilling on given well site. Issue recommendations for optimization of drilling process;
Assess the quality of completed well drilling operations

Higher education, major - Oil and gas related;
Russian & English required, Arabic (as an option);
8 years in Drilling industry as Drilling Supervisor;
Skills - all normal Drilling Supervisor skills
