E Commerce Analyst - Qatar Airways - Doha

As e-Commerce Analyst, you are responsible for all performance reporting and analysis of Qatar Airways' e-commerce activities. This includes measurements of online booking volume against targets and regular reporting to all business units. You will provide return on investment analysis of marketing budgets and performance of marketing alliances to agreed targets. You will be in-charge of monitoring the competitiveness of fares on the Qatar Airways website against other online channel such as airline website and online travel portals and managing of web analytics to monitor usage, clickstream, conversion rates of qatarairways.com and all applications.

You will work independently and flag performance issues or discrepancies from business plans pro-actively to ensure improved return of investments of marketing and e-solution development budgets.

Requirements

You must be a graduate with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Ecommerce, preferably airline or travel industry related. You must demonstrate a strong understanding of managing the reporting and analysis of an Ecommerce department or online retailer. You must have good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint for management reporting and MS Excel pivot tables. Having worked with an enterprise data warehouses is an advantage.
