E-Commerce Coordinator

Job description / Role

Our client is one of the most established, luxury, beach front hotels in Dubai and they are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to join their marketing team. With a globally recognised brand behind them that operate a large number of hotels and resorts in the region, they are a favourite for visitors seeking a luxury experience either for business or pleasure.
The role of E-Commerce Coordinator will include responsibilities such as supporting the E-Commerce Manager in daily tasks of managing the digital marketing activities of the hotel, assisting with the design and execution of digital marketing plans and partnering with PR, Graphics, and IT to manage and update brand websites, social media channels and third party sites. Additional responsibilities will include:
Continuous monitoring of the website information to ensure that all of the information is current, accurate and relevant
Manage the coordination, execution and communication of overall information relating to digital marketing.
Create, manage and distribute reports to relevant stakeholders
Assist with managing vendor relationships and their day-to-day business needs
General administrative tasks for digital marketing

Requirements

Experience in Web & Electronic Distribution or Digital Marketing
Experience of managing website content
Well versed on all forms of social media platforms
Knowledge of basic image editing using Adobe Photoshop
Knowledge of working with HTML and CSS to create/modify web pages
Strong communication skills
Confident in working in a fast paced, high pressured environment
