E-Learning Specialist

Job description / Role

Objectives:
Manage, improve and optimize the LMS as the KFSH&RC e-learning solution enterprise-wide.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage e-learning projects from initiation to closure, develop documentation, work plans, communication processes, and scope change processes, secures appropriate resources and coordinates tasks.
- Work with subject matter experts to define appropriate and engaging e-learning solutions including creative and interactive elements, navigation, testing, and tracking.
- Design and creation of assessment strategies to measure effectiveness
- Supporting all Jeddah's branch e-learning and educational requirements
- Leading the amalgamation of the Riyadh/Jeddah Online mandatories.
- Generates reports and designs special reports as requested.
- Automates manual systems in the Training and development department.
- Develop and maintain applications supporting training and development department requirements.
- Provide consultation to departments seeking migration of training material to e-learning.
- Provide solutions for online registration for different requirements.
- Provide services and develop systems for online exams.
- Engage with ITA for integrating LMS to any system.
- Provide KFSH with the latest courseware and e-learning technologies.
- Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
- Participates in self & other's education, training & development as applicable.

Requirements

University Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in computer science or any related field required. Masters Degree in Learning Technology or any related degree preferred.

Nature and length of previous experience:
Minimum 6 years corporate professional experience, preferably in a Healthcare field or any related experience.

Key Performance Indicators:
Coordinating of all e-learning activities for the hospital End user satisfaction with e-learning activities. Number employees completed e-learning courses, against the given target. Hours put in designing e-learning material.
