The RoleThe RoleNote: Please apply only if your relevant experience and Transferable Iqama JOB PURPOSE To lead the design and delivery of a portfolio of Mobile Financial Services, mainly there are 7 use cases of eTransactions: 1. Wallet to Wallet Transfer. 2. Wallet to Bank 3. Wallet to international Bank. 4. Bank to Wallet 5. Wallet to merchant 6. Cash-Out 7. Cash-In The Manager will work closely with external suppliers to provide the necessary Products & Services and internally with various departments to insure proper commercialization of these products with the ideal customer experience JOB CONTEXT This position requires: Knowledge in e/mPayments, e/mRemittance channels available for consumers, along with the trends of the future. Aware of the latest technology concerning Mobile payments, and business models. Strong negotiation skills finalize with Partners the best business model to work with. Strong character in order to control the developers’ relations. Dynamic and flexible personality in order to perfect each track in the right manner. |
RequirementsRequirementsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 7 year experience in Product Development and Marketing management within the telecommunications sector. Hands-on as well as a Manager or equivalent highly advantageous. Substantial experience of commissioning and managing delivery of various consumer products, this person will be able to communicate to internal and external stakeholders appropriately. Some generalist experience with a range of functional competencies (e.g., Banking, Remittance, marketing, Operational Management, Customer care) A good understanding of the global eRemittance and ePayments industry and its application across the various electronic channels Strong ability to take various complex scenarios and extract the business and functional requirements in order to provide a comprehensive solution Able to understand and dive deeply into technical specifications |
