The RoleThe RoleResponsible for the Business Processes of e-commerce throughout the company, and for leading initiatives to convert customers to using e-commerce processes Description Develop plans to expand the usage of e-commerce by customers, including product enhancement, training of sales staff to promote the use of e-commerce and direct engagement with key customers who are potential e-commerce users Lead the development of the company's e-commerce products (Product Enhancement Proposals) and ensure that they remain at the leading edge of available products Consult regularly with cluster/agency staff (and customers) to ensure feedback on product functionality Manage the company's involvement with INTTRA Provide problem solving/help desk support as appropriate Monitor the levels of usage of the different e-commerce products against targets and adjust plans as needed in order to reach targets Provide input to Sales strategy on e-commerce development Adoption levels by products by channels (actual vs target) Direct reports: e-commerce analyst Working relationships: IT staff, Central sales managers, Cluster and Agency sales staff INTTRA staff; customers requiring support for e commerce development Product Enhancement Proposals to be developed, subject to final approval by Head of Sales and Marketing |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity degree level Minimum Five years in a position related to shipping process and/or e-commerce activities Good communication skills Customer service skills Analytical thinking Inter-personal skills Customer service orientation |
