Job description / Role
Al Futtaim Travel is proud to be a Member of the Al-Futtaim Group - one of the largest business groups in the Middle East.We are a specialist corporate & leisure travel management company that utilizes a wide range of quality and specially selected travel products and services to provide even the most discerning of travelers with a fully comprehensive travel service.
* Effective technical support with regard to Get My Trip & related systems handling of Agency Support Unit & Get My Trip for the internal & External clients -fault logging on systems issues and solving in a timely manner ,offer acceptable technical solutions to meet the business requirement.
* Ensure effective product development in co-ordination with Hermes India IT & product teams so that AFT Clients-Internal & External have smooth systems operations and technology assistance to enhance the business processes and meet the demands of the competitive environment.
* Ensure proper trainings are provided to internal & external clientele to equip them with effective use of Get My Trip & Agency support systems.
* Ensure to respect and strictly follow the standard operating procedures and policies as laid down by the management from time to time.
* Jointly work with the Agency Support Unit Manager to be an active part of the individual & professional training & development courses to enhance the skill sets as recommended.
Requirements
* Minimum Qualifications and Experience: IT product development & operations experience in relation to Travel & Tourism industry /Graduate.
* Job Specific skills: IT Skills /Product development/Travel systems experience/Global Distribution systems experience/PC skills, Customer service skills.
* Behavioral Competencies: Team Work, Adaptability Sales & negotiation skills, Interpersonal skills.
