The Role


Our client is an Holding Group with exciting expansion plans across the region. The Chairman requires an experienced and dynamic EA to assist in his daily activities. The successful applicant must be used to a fast paced and professional, yet demanding environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Project management and execution;
• Managing day-to-day communication, involving all documentation, correspondence, presentations and email administration;
• Diary management;
• Expense claims and outstanding invoices;
• Client welcome and hosting;
• Typing and transcribing reports;
• Capturing information using in-house database
• Event Organizing and Management

• Arabic &English fluency is a must
• Classical Arabic writing abilities
• University Graduate
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Age between 34 to 40
•Very presentable and well spoken
•Should have worked with tough top executives in big firms
•Good stable profiles.

Salary -15000 -2000 AED PM
