My prestigious and established client is currently seeking an EA to support the CFO within a fast paced and demanding environment. The responsibilities will include the following:
- Diary Management
- Travel Arrangement
- Core EA and administrative support to the CFO and Financial team
- Liaising with financial professionals to gain updates
- Complex PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
- Must have previous EA experience within the Financial industry
- Must be familiar with financial terminology
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised
- Experience managing complex diary coordination
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangement
