EDMS Superintendent

Job description / Role

The Electronic Data Management Systems Superintendent will be a key senior member of the Technical Services group, and oversee data management processes including documentation control and project controls both within the corporate and project functions. As this is a new functional area, in a new group company you will be responsible for implementing processes and tools for managing the creation, capture, indexing, storage, retrieval and disposition of records providing systems reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems , distributing documents, and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate whose EDMS experience will span documentation controls, project controls, engineering services support and records management. The company uses Smartplant Foundation, incorporating SPI, SPEL, SPP&ID and PDS. You will require knowledge of technical engineering, procurement, contract documents and commonly used software packages.

You will supervise a multinational team in corporate and remote project environments.
