Job description / Role
Kentz has an urgent requirement of Electrical & Instrumentation Commissioning (E&IC) Engineers to be based Offshore-Abu Dhabi. Rotation: 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off for Island location / 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off for Platform location.
Responsibilities
- Will be a part of Client's Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT)
- Provide E&IC services to execute surveillance, facilitating system turnover and handover and start-up support
Requirements
- Instrument or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent training/work experience
- Minimum 0f 10 years of E&IC industry experience, inclusive of 5 of those years offshore greenfield, brownfield or maintenance experience
- Minimum of 5 years of commissioning experience on project teams with field device and hardware control scope
- Familiar with control and safety system work practices
- Multi-discipline E&I background, familiarity with control system facilities hardware
- Good English communication and language skills (written and verbal) and an ability to work with people across diverse cultures
- Possess all offshore safety training requirements
- Proficiency in computer programs and common e-mail systems
- Must qualify for security and physical requirements to acquire appropriate passes for offshore work
