Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To understand and implement the Company’s HSEQ policy and the arrangements described in the Company management System document.

Assist with site construction activities as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget

Key aims and objectives

To ensure that project/company HSE goals are achieved and where possible executed

Ensure all work is prepared and executed in accordance with both company and client processes and procedures.

Prime responsibilities and duties

• Safety leadership
• Understand and ensure compliance with appropriate technical standards and specifications.
• Understand construction/commissioning activities and methods.
• Understand client PTW / TRA processes.
• Assist with executing construction activities.
• Liaise with the project engineering office to ensure that applicable fabrication drawings are produced in line with construction requirements.
• Involvement with the management of and input to shutdown planning
• Assist with reporting progress on performance on a daily, monthly and weekly basis.
• Ensure technical compliance with all design requirements is met during construction.
• Maintains Construction schedule, identifies and solves problems
• Get involved in scheduled inspections as necessary throughout the construction process.
• Easily understands the Neighbouring Community requirement and strife to maintain positive relationships with Neighbouring communities
• Actively involved in completion/close-out of punch list items

Allied occasional duties

• Provide input into audit reviews.
• Provide input into budget management and cost control.
• Provide input into planning process as requested.
• Provide input into safety reviews / walk-rounds.
