EM Technician - AF Motors - Abu Dhabi

JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure that assigned Service / Repair Jobs are executed in line with established work procedures, time standards and housekeeping standards so that overall objectives of productivity are met or exceeded.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform Assigned Repairs within the standard time.
- Perform the required repair as per the manufacturer standards and confirm the repairs are fixed correctly from first time & every time.
- Ensure the Minimum 130% Productivity on monthly basis.
- Maintain TSM Kodawari, housekeeping while performing the service/repair and meet Toyota operational standards for 5S, Safety and follow standard job flow procedures.
- Execute the assigned repairs according to the Toyota quality standards.
- Ensure to clock in & clock off the repairs every time.
- Ensure the immediate communication of the job stoppage to the job controller.
- Ensure to sustain the TSM Kodawari standards at the work area.
- Ensure the minimum productivity 130% at the end of every month.
- Coordinate with foreman or quality controller in case of additional repair estimation.
- Coordinate with the foreman or quality controller in case of diagnosis required in any vehicle.
- Ensure that all the estimates are being handed over to the foreman the verification prior to proceed to the next level.
- Ensure all the replaced warranty parts are being stored properly with the warranty tag attached with them.
- Ensure to wear the safety items while working on machines such as grinder etc in order to ensure the safety in the workshop.
