Job description / Role
Our client is a Global Leader specializing in Self Service Kiosks, Data Warehouses and Retail Store Automation across a variety of Industry Verticals world wide. Due to their continued success within the Region, our client is looking to increase the headcount in their Oman offices with an EMC Storage Engineer for their Field Support Services sector.
Located in Oman, the main responsibility of this role will be to provide 1st level support for EMC storage products and EMC archiving systems. This is a proactive role requiring you to professionally and successfully, install, implement and provide post installation support service on hardware as well as software solutions.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be EMC certified and will have at least 5 years experience in EMC storage solutions such as CLARiiON, DMX, Celerra, Centera, Connectrix, Brocade and Rainfinity; knowledge of Terra Data is a big advantage. All candidates must have strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
