EPCM Project Manager

Due to continued expansion and growth, we now have a requirement for an EPCM Project Manager, based in Qatar.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the EPCM Project Director, the EPCM Project Manager will be responsible for:

Overall authority and responsibility for execution of the project in order to produce all work safely, with quality and within budget and schedule in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Primary contact with the client Project Manager on all matters relating to the project.
Reports directly to the Project Director on the progress of the project, safety performance, quality, budget, schedules and changes that necessitate contractual modifications, procedures, and status of customer relations.
Leads the HSE program for the project.Directs and manages the Project Team for the execution of the Project scope of work.Manages the handover from proposals, project initiation and team mobilization of the Project.
Develops and obtains client approval and issues the Project Execution Plan.
Monitors, reports and controls project costs and schedule through all phases of the Project.Reporting of the Project, both to the stakeholders and EPCM contractor management.

Requirements

Education and Skills
•B.Sc. University in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
•Minimum 15 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry
•Minimum 10 years experience in Brownfield Oil and Gas related project delivery
•Minimum 5 years experience in Brownfield Oil and Gas Project Delivery as a Umbrella Contract Project Manager
