Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Participate in the preparation of Company's proposals by evaluating the Customer's specification
- Commissioning execution strategy
- Prepare detail pre-commisioning/commissioning schedule
- Prepare(or Review) all applicable procedure and documents
- Prepare(or Review) schedule for pre-commissioning and commissioning work and comment on feasibility
- Participate in P&ID Review, SIL & HAZOP study and 3D model review
- Reviews Operability and issuing report
- Flawless start up
- Trouble shooting on operating problem
- Training both Owners employee and direct hired employee
- Operating supervision or support
- Execute as commissioning deputy manager of refinery/petrochemical plant

Requirements

Obtaining Engineering Degree from a recognized university, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
Experience of preparing pre-commisioning/commissioning schedule based on the sequencial steps
Complete knowledge of process such as Refinery, Petrochemical processes and Utility systems.
Minimum 10 years experience in Refinery or Petrochemical Process Plants operation(or start-up) including Design and Commissioning in Engineering Company.
DCS Operation experience.
Be good at English.
Preferable who have experience of Refinery(RFCC-another person) respectively.
