ERP Administrator – Dynamics AX

Job description / Role

Up to Dhs16,000 plus family medical

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that end to end business requirements are mapped, working optimally inside ERP system and to provide necessary support and also for training business process owners/users on ERP functionalities.
You will participate in additional requirement collection for ERP and oversee that they are mapped accurately inside the system including scoping, fit gap analysis,testing and moving to production.
The ERP Administrator will provide necessary assistance to core team members in providing training to other users and conducting such training if required. You will also be responsible for overseeing and assisting additional company setup and roll out of ERP systems including data preparation and migration as and when required.

Requirements

You must hold a professional background with graduate IT degree. Additional qualification/ training in programming will be desirable.

You must also hold the following:
• Three to Four years relevant experience with at least two years of direct experience as AX functional consultant.
• Hands on experience with Adeaca Advance Projects add-on for AX will be added advantage
• Proven track record of implementing ERP systems for large organisation, preferably in manufacturing & project based scenario/organisation.
• Good functional knowledge of various AX modules
• Good people management skills

You must have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and to work independently. You should have very good presentation and communication skills with the ability to conduct one to one and group training.
